yea the rear tire has tread but i do need a front for sure, and the tank is boogered pretty good i just dont have pics of it i mean it still works just looks like a dropped the bike everytime i pull up which bothers me a little. And unfortunatley it is not a clean title it will always have the history of being dropped but it is pretty clear it was dropped not layed down while riding. Like i said everything is just about mint except the tank.
Yea i felt like i got a real decent deal but the guy made me second guess it. The carbon fiber really made me want it i love the contrasts. Any suggestions on a good quality front tire its got pirelles now i may stick with that
Ur buddy is probably just a cheap dude. That's a pretty decent deal. Ask him where he can get a bike like that for 2500. I'm sure it's happened but not very often at all.
That's a great deal as echo'd above. I wish I had only $1850 out of pocket for an R6. Even with the gun trades you came out on top. Ride the hell out of that thing and enjoy!

did no one else read that it was a salvage title? I'd pay $3000 tops for it. Depending on which state you live in, getting a rebuilt title can be a nightmare (MA comes to mind). Dont know about GA. TX and NH are relatively easier to get a rebuilt title.
Insurance buy back for that would have been ~$2000-2500 (guesstimating). So the seller got some $$ in pocket after this deal for sure.
