Shorter exhaust bike loping

Ill admit I'm a newb to bike mods. So I just my yoshi down looks and sounds great. But when engine is warm and its restarted the idle lopes slowly like 1.5-1 lopes every second.

Only thing I changed is exhaust and fixed burnt rectifier wire.

Newb question, would a reprogram of my power commander for similar exhaust do anything?

Re: Shorter exhaust bike loping

More than likely you need to add fuel in the idle range of the map plus the rest of the map if you're hoping for a correct AFR and smooth ride.

Alright, I plan on getting it dunno tuned anyways. But ill probably mess around with some maps, it only does it if bike is already warm and you kill it and restart it. No problems riding just sitting in traffic it sounds annoying and kinda embarrassing.

It doesn't really matter which map you try, they are all likely to have the same problem. Add some idle fuel to your map, where you see the 4's in this map. You can try 2's, 4's, 6's, etc. My friend with open headers is running 20's

So I adjusted those settings it didn't stop till I got to about 16 for the 1000-1750 ranges.

Is this ok?
