Again everyone seems to trash d3s but its a personal preference and I personally like them. He also said flash and no one can say they don't look good since you can change grip/collar colors
If you're going for "flash" then why not just get some chrome grips, then spray 'em with PAM so they're extra shiny? That way you get maximum "flash" and you get the same amount of actual GRIP as the D3s!
...and I personally think you've only had them on for a month or two, and at this point even if you DIDN'T like them you've put up such a stink defending them that you'll probably never publicly admit that they suck (even after you find out that they suck first hand).

D3's are really bad grips. Why get a grip that isn't grippy, and comfortable? D3's don't do the job they are made to do well. They look good only. And that is subjective. I think that rentals look great, since they work well.

I can save it! :
If I end up not liking them il make a whole thread stating I changed my mind. You keep saying they aren't grippy yet my hands have not slipped once.
Maybe from a track stand point they aren't good but for the street riding they do perfectly fine
so again... I've only ever ridden stock levers so I would logically think I would be more comfortable/use to normal length levers. Are shorties that much of a difference?

Not really.
In fact - Short levers (more specifically, folding levers that say Shermoto on them), are MUCH better. In every aspect, really. And anyone who says other wise, or has a different opinion, or even thinks it's personal preference, in face, have big retard hands.
