Yep. Some of the stickers like FIAT seem to not be under the clearcoat.
The carbon fiber stickers, I wish I knew what I knew now, because I would've not had them use them. I think it actually makes the fairings look gaudy, and as I said, they aren't perfectly stuck down so little pieces of the sticker at the tip stick above the clearcoat.

You're kidding right. Fiat is just a sticker. Not even painted on. Wow. Kinda don't want them now:/
Most intricate designs like that are stickers dude... Even on the professional's bikes. Do you realize how much time it would take to paint shit like that?
IIRC, when Rossi was with Yamaha (for the first time) he used to apply the stickers to his bike himself out of superstition.
