02 r6 custom jet size
154's 1&4 main 40's slow . 148"s 2&3 35's slow stock pilot screws . 1 shim on needle valves. i am at sea level calif. i also have a cut off exhaust. runs super fast in mid range and full range, im just having a problem with idle ,carbs kind of chug. any suggestion, tps clean and snappy response on throttle. tell me your jet sizes.

Where are the pilot screws set? 2 turns out, 3, ect...

i believe 3.25 on1&4 and 3 on 2&3

They should all be the same. When was the last time they were sync'ed? Out of sync will make it lope too.

i have my own sync vacuum type they are all pretty close, no loop, only bog at take off.

the only thing im thinking is the # 2 carb pilot screw turns a lot easier than the rest, very loose.

No, screws are all the same. Pilots jets too. I never got mine super smooth until I went with next size up pilot jets.
