I can't speak for all the GDC members though...There is certainly an abundance of jackassery over there... :lol

That's exactly what I was thinking too. The new Kawi is nice, but nothing will make me stray from my beloved Blue.

600 looks good. i dunno if someone else said this but the styling almost looks older than the 07-12 style, to me. I mean, it looks nice but it almost looks like a progression off of the 03-06 RR more than the 07-12. Either way, nice bike.

Rims on the 600RR look bad ass for sure. Don't like the front, it looks too square/blocky. I am always a fan of the undertail exhaust tho.

Kawi nailed it with the new 636, I don't think Honda nailed their middleweight.

I'd take the 1000RR over the 600RR in a heartbeat.

Just wait... Once these bikes have been out for 6 months and people have had time to stare at them for a while you'll start to hear about how catchy and "retro" they look, and how "it's really grown on them" and the next thing you know they're the coolest thing out there.

I agree. Most members on 600rr.net are saying the same thing as everyone here. The front end is ugly, the older version is better, etc. They said the same thing when the 07 600rr pics were released. IMO they did go back in time a little with the fairing style (tail vents, tail light, side fairings, etc) but I would still love to have one.
