I wasn't feeling too hot this morning either... Woke up at 7, slammed more water and 4 ibuprofen and went back to sleep for a couple hours... Good as new.

"Long" is the wrong word.. I just had a few drinks while watching the last half of "A Decade in MotoGP", then went to bed. I was already dehydrated from my run though, so that probably didn't help.
