I did 3 hours / 40 miles on the bicycle today. The last 7-8 miles rank in the top 10 worst experiences of my life. I finished about an hour and a half ago and I still can't be in any position but lying down without my legs throbbing.

hmm ok Steve, well about to play some project reality and anyone pickup the new Hitman game yet? Looks quite fun and blood money was a ton of fun and I still play that once in a while
