Plate holder

Anyone know who makes this plate holder?

I used to have that exact one. Got it on ebay for like 25$. I didn't like it. It hung down too low. Every time I did a wheelie my plate would hit the tire. Plus any bump you hit while having a passenger made it hit as well.
