Not sure if I agree with him being a cocksucker but I do understand - some peeps need help, even if they don't know it. I just don't see how the system would help them...??? Maybe it's different up there.

They'll probably just toss him in the drunk tank until he is sober, and let him go, or take him to the shelter. Get himself sobered up, a nice warm meal, good sleep, and he'll be back in a couple days! Isn't really breaking any law, just being a doucher.

Yeah, I've heard and seen some jacked up stuff with regards to the less fortunate (homeless). A buddy who works medical over at a county jail use to tell me terrible stories of guys being brought in for being drunk in public or urinating in public, only to be let out a few hours later, with a ticket...
Some get tossed right back in a few hours after release for the same thing and get cut, yet, another ticket (that they can't pay); most end up doing half day - up to a few days for it...: Doesn't make much sense to me, but what do I know.
