Re: f1 vs nascar

The sports just aren't comparable. Formula 1 is all about pushing the boundaries of what is possible, all while pushing the human body to its limits. NASCAR is about the noise and the fights and the parties in the infield, mixed in with some very marginal racing.

It's a simple case of apples and oranges. I'd be willing to bet that most people on this forum would choose Formula 1 (as would I), but some people prefer bumper-to-bumper action instead of performance and technology.

But boy am I excited for Brazil. I love both Vettel and Alonso so it's gonna be interesting to see what happens.

Yeah, but it's THROTTLE BODY injection! Can we say, "Welcome to the 80's"?

Dear SpeedTV,

I, for one, will be extremely happy when you finally make the transition to a main line sports channel.

.....it will mark the end of your network pretending to be a motorsports channel.

Thank you for finally realizing what the rest of us already knew.

They are made and built in the UK, Close to McLaren, Lotus and a few other smaller teams If you would consider any F1 team to be smaller.

Nascar is more of a stretegy game than f1. I used to hate Nascar but after watching it a while I like it now. A lot more to it than hitting the throttle and going in a oval
