The black mark can be seen in the photo. Front and middle of the fairing you can see a small black mark. It might even come off, I just never tried to clean it. In my opinion this is not even close to needing new paint unless your bike isn't blue. Located near Rockville, MD. Let me know.

Just by looking at the photos from Hotbodies website I'm going to say no, but you can email them to find out for sure.

I just went and put some Googone on the black spot and it came off. It was just some rubber or dried on grease. If your interested let me know. I would like to sell this as soon as I can.
