ugh ate a double cheese burger and fries for lunch, already shit three times. i think my body is rejecting it. how the hell has Josh ate 22 McRibs and not died yet
That happened to last week when I ate Bk; I almost died... I literally threw up, not sure if it had to do with the all the Whisk I had or not...lol
Really though, my body has been rejecting shitty food since I've started eating better.
They talk A LOT about pressure on the pegs to turn the bike into a turn... When really, counter steering puts you into a turn. The real reason to get your knee out, body down on the inside is so your center of gravity is inside, counter acting the speed you're carrying which makes the bike want to stay straight. Counter steering is where it's at, along with good body positioning...

Maxirino...!!!
That'll continue to be the case. Eating fresh, healthy, un-processed food is what your body wants. Then introducing that garbage(literally) to your system, your body WILL try to refuse it in a sense. Eating healthy has SO MANY advantages. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grain and such is sooo good for you, makes you feel great, and gives you natural energy! I hate when I trick myself into eating at a fast food joint because "I think" it'll be delicious... Then, as usual, pay for it later when I'm shitting like an endless yogurt machine...

I've taking a class and pretty much covered all of this but it helps me to ingrain this shit in my head by looking at the rider (along with practice). I dunno man, I'd agree with you but a rider coach told me that weighing the foot peg upsets the chassis less than counter steering alone; just what I was told. I still have a small issue with weighing the outside peg when trying to get my butt over and knee out on the inside.
