33 pullups, 50 pushups and about a mile run. Felt terrible from the very beginning. Probably from thanksgiving dinners and nothing but leftovers yesterday

Todays workout:
At least 1.5 miles and 150 sit ups
Hey so if you're looking to do something thatll give you a benchmark on your current cardio state, and you dont have access to a pool, try this:
-800m warmup on treadmill at 5
-800m (1/2 mile) run at 7.3
-50 leg extensions
-50 situps
-800m run at 7.5
-50 leg extensions
-50 situps
-800m run at 7.8
-50 leg extensions
-50 situps
-800m cool down at 4
If you can do that in order, with NO breaks at anytime, you should be sitting pretty. I did this the other day and almost puked at the end. Its a gooder.
Good luck with the training and keep posting progress!

Did a circuit type workout with exercise balls. Not by choice, but decent workout. Could barely get 5 pull ups after not sure what's going on, don't feel as run down or sick so feet are hurting pretty bad, need new shoes suggestions welcome. No Nike frees, vabrims or any other minimalistic shoes.

Youre either working too hard and not getting enough nutrition, or youre working too hard and not getting enough rest. Or youre just out of shape. Either eat better, sleep more, or just keep pushing harder.
Better shoes aint going to improve your numbers much unless your currently running in flipflops.
Keep fighting the good fight and do what youre doing. your #'s are still good.

I'd agree in the rest, only about 6 hours a night. I could eat more too, not really keeping count but I'm not trying to diet, just not trying to gain.
The running shoes isn't about the numbers. Feet are starting to hurt and I could use a new pair, had current ones for about a year now. Never been a big runner, but I know nike frees dont work for me. Just not my style of running.
