heres a good link for R6s or 03-05 R6 .. and the GYTR muffler .. I would just take it to a muffler shop and have them expand it as per your needed measurement ..

so ive read all the post about installing any slip ons and about removing the exup cables. But i just bought a carbon gytr slip on for my 12' r6, and by me removing the exup cables but leaving the servo in there wont mess with the bike, like check engine light? i just wanna make sure before messing with the new bike. i read that just taking the cables out the servo will read that the butterfly will just stay closed, is there any way i can take out the cables and make the servo think that the butterfly is open all the time.

Nope, you're good once you remove the cables. Leave the box and it won't throw a code.

no i didnt get headers just the gytr slip on, i read by removing the cables i would loose a good amount of low end power cause with out the cables the servo would just read that the butterfly is staying closed. is that true?
