) And no they don't have an immobilizer nor do any US market R6's of the 2006 model.

A.K.A a key (or two if you're lucky) and a title. Bag of tools are often missing / lost / removed and kept by ex-owner. (in average)

His he the first owner? What happened with the key? If the paper (title) is OK and the bike is not declared stolen at the registration center...why not?

Just make sure to change ownership before giving him the money.

Its not to suggest that its a shady deal or anything. Some people genuinely lose/misplace the master key. If your bike does have an immobilizer then its imperative that you have all the keys especially the master key in case you lose or damage the keys. You can get a bike with only the black keys and run it for sure. A lot of people do but if you run into trouble you're looking at around $1000 oem replacement.
