1. PS3 has more whiny kids playing games like COD because online is free for them.
2. It's pretty damn hard to get banned on xbox, I used to talk mad shit every game back when I first got my xbox, and have never experienced any problems.

Also, more black people play on xbox than ps3, and they are by far the most fun people to play with.
