Yeah, money well spent though. Honestly though, at 100yds, its overkill. We just didnt have any cheapos on hand. ive hit milk jugs at just under 600 yds with the good ammo though. But thats not a gun you shoot a lot. It doesnt have irons on it, its a ~$2000 Leupold scope, or it was that much like 25 years ago when it was put on. Amazingly clear optic.
And we dont shoot it enough to invest in gear to reload for it.
And yeah, i would definitely take a Socom... and that Remi 700 is cool. Got out the old Model 70 today to take a few shots.... turns out the ammo we had was a little corroded and kinda suspect from sitting so we passed on that. Ill give that whore a workout at christmas time.
Im telling you though, that USP 40 compact is the best handgun Ive shot. EASILY as good and accurate as any sig ive shot....
I love the USP its the only gun in it's class to have cock and lock feature, like 1911's...Def a quality piece for sure...

Promag or Pmag? I never had issues with any pmags...With that said, I'd not put them on an SKS or AK style rifle.
