Is there a good thread on how to loosen/tighten the chain? I tried searching but could not find anything good. I have an 09.

It's quite simple.
1. Loosen up the rear axle nut
2. You will see two locknuts, and within those two locknuts, you'll see the adjuster allen bolts. Loosen up the lock nuts, then turn the inner allen bolt right to loosen the chain, and turn it left to tighten it.
3. Do it one side at a time little by little until you reach the desired chain tension. Check the chain in several different spots. If you have loose and tight spots, it's probably time for new chain and sprockets.
4. Use the lines on the chain adjusters make sure it is aligned/straight. It is not 100% accurate but it should be fine for the most part. If you want to really make sure it is straight, there are several ways, just google and some methods should show up, such as the string method, digital caliper, motion pro also sells a tool to see if you're chain is straight.
5.After you adjust the chain, put an allen key or screwdriver in between the sprocket and chain, and turn the rear wheel so it puts all the tension towars the adjusters. Then tighten up the rear axle nut to spec, then the locknuts on the chain adjusters. ALL DONE!
Someone correct me if I missed something or gave out false information
