I don't want to exacerbate the injury further so I'm trying to be patient and let it heal up... Monday, I'll give it a whirl again and see what happens... I will be posting up and soon as I'm back in it, that is for sure... Def gained a couple pounds back in the meantime too... Been eating O...K... But def cheated and ate some garbage a couple times...

I'm honestly extremely anxious to get back into it and make more progress! I was feeling awesome until that wreck... But it comes with the territory...

Anyone else got any updates? Anyone get started? I saw Eric started a thread... Anyone else?

Thanks for asking!

That's what happens when you exercise Adam.

I just drink and suffer no such injuries.

You shut your whore mouth...

Really want to get back into it... Get at least a couple weeks in before I head back to the track early November... Otherwise I'll really fatigue fast...

Hopefully Monday I can start this thing over again! Damnit!

LOL!

At the end of the day will both look the same.

You wasted your time working out,and I enjoyed myself drinking.

Your liver may be in better shape but that's about it.

I'm Irish brutha... Who says I don't drink?! A LOT...

Well, I used to seriously get my drank on... Now it's the occasional weekend... Those occasional weekends though, look out!

Another reason I need to get in better shape... Get my metabolism up, and keep my weight down... The healthier I am, the more efficiently I burn calories... So I can afford to splurge(DRINK!) on the occasional weekend... Been drinking the MGD 64's which are really no better or worse then your standard Miller Lite. They taste exactly the same, and at 64 cal's, a can afford a FEW... Course I always start my night with something tastey like a few lagers or something...

Anywho, back at it Monday! Hopefully...

One day I will meet up with you and we will have a drink together.

At the end of the night I will drag you out from under the table and have a cab take you home.

Dis motha fcuka...

Bring it... Many have fallen at my feet... Someone always wants to challenge the Irish guy to a drink off... One time, it was some 110lb Indian chick... I grabbed a bottle of Jack, and two shot glasses... As I usually do when challenged, and went to work... Don't challenge the Irish guy...

That's awesome man! You should post up your starting point, and track your progress here. I need to get back on track with Insanity. Foot feels great again, knee is still a bit shotty... Idk what I did to my knee. But I'll def get back into Insanity here in the next week or two!

Keep it up! It WILL pay off... It's crazy how well it works, and how great you'll feel each week!

Re: I'm going INSANE!

Finished it up last night, so glad to be done. Going to start a p90x/insanity hybrid workout to put some muscle back on that i lost during the last 2 months. It definitely works well, cut down some body fat, but the biggest difference i could tell was in my energy level.

Any updates on your end??

I'll post a comparison pic i made when i get a chance as well.
