Someone said that she survived two assassination attempts before this one too. One of those attempts took her husband life but she didn't quit. Such a strong and determined person it's sad this is the way she had to go.
Welcome to f'n Mexico. Hear about so much crazy shit going on down there. Something along the lines of nearly 50,000 drug related murders since they started trying to crack down on the cartels.

I'm really curious how the US legalization trend is going to effect things. Will it dry up the market for the cartels cause people can just grow it legally in the US? Cartles just switch over to making more crystal meth and running more cocaine? Maybe it'll just make it easier to move pot, because they'll be less enforcement on the US side of the border?

Shit is crazy though, that is for sure.

It's was quiet before, but only because shit was getting paid to the right people would take it, not so much now. Still a tragedy because it's going to be Columbia in the 80's all over again...(Contra? anyone)

What LOTS of people do not realize is 95% of those who died had some form of involvement in nefarious activity...Not saying innocent people are not affected because the def are, but the shit about this guy getting beheaded for an unknown reasons are BS...It's a terrible situation that won't change till the US steps in, and that won't be pretty.

And no, drying up up stuff won't help. The Cartels already have their people in the forest (angeles for example) growing shit for this very reason (legal pot)...

True...

Definitely lame that we can't even visit the country of our fathers without running the risk of being carjacked or kidnapped for a ransom

Told him to hitch out there with us this summer, I'd be thrilled to try to keep up.

What a guy.
Seems legit. You should ask him more in-depth questions about his technique, and if he trail brakes with his rear or his front..

That's the freaking absolute worst part about this crap...I had family go back recently, and it was all drug talk when they got back...Talking about neighbors who want my family to hide money for them and buy houses under their names... And it was a normal family just a few years ago, now they smuggle; shit is soo wide spread now..
