Ive lived for 32 years on less than 1 million, I think I could make it work with 10million per year for the rest of my life...
I think I would probably do the annuity in this case, especially. Most people arent forward thinking enough to live on a budget. I mean hell, you just won the largest lotto jackpot ever. You traded a dollar for half of Oprah's net worth. The gravity and reality of that setting in would make anyone make poor decisions.

Pay off the house, extend it and make it bad ass. Buy a GTR, make it able to pull a trailer for TD's. Mod the crap out of my bike's and car's. Buy a small helicopter. Pay for the kids college. Give alot away to people I see in need. Invest almost all of the rest after hiring a good financial advisor specifically for investments.
