Re: White Wheels on Candy Red

Clean and sophistication all the way. Stay away from the solid white. I'd go with white race wheel stripes or keep them black. Check out my ride for an example of how the stripes look on an Anniversary Edition, Black and Yellow ride. Bike looks nice though!

Re: White Wheels on Candy Red

On a track bike I'm sure it's not that bad as stated above, but I had them on my street bike a while back and racked up al ot of miles and I eventually quit trying to keep them clean as it was nearly impossible.

God that is gorgeous....I wanna do that now. My black rims are a little nicked up anyways. I dont think the candy rims look good at all though.

meh i painted my old 03 all white, then powdercoated the wheels white, i gave up after like a week haha. impossible to keep it clean if you actually ride the bike. made me never want white rims again honestly

White rims on a street bike are DEFINITELY a PITA to keep clean, and it will drive you nuts having them dirty.

Re: White Wheels on Candy Red

All depends on how you are about your bike. I personally clean my bike daily so no big deal about rims being dirty. Taking 10 minutes out of my day to keep a bike looking good doesn't bug me.
