Yup just did that! Will post pics later. I'm debating whether or not to wetsand it with 1500+. Maybe you all can tell me.

So what do you think? Should I wet sand the clear coat? And then do I polish it after?

There seems to be some orange peel.

I would you all ready put in all that hard work... Make it look the best it can wet sand with some 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000 if you really want to

then just polish it after and it should shine

Just ordered fiberglass fairings from Sportbike Track Gear today! Have the dzus fasteners from AGG already.

When you're done with the new paint, make sure to scuff it up before you hit the track. Nothing attracts grass and pavement like a blemish-free paint job.

Wetsanded the clear coat on the tank, now I've got to polish it up.

Also my hotbodies fairings came today. I'll have to cut holes for my frame sliders and then I'll mock them up and give a review on how they fit!
