I'll be honest, this post looked like it's owner was having a sensitive moment. I don't know, I've been wrong before.

What else would he compare to? Maybe his car...ya that sounds about right. Move the ***** on my friend.

I'm guessing you smoke a lot of weed? Just an observation. And my no comment post means "I could write a novel here about how ignorant what you said was but I'll save it"...let me know if I need to help you read into anything else

There WERE informative facts in your post and you did get the point of the thread...which means you're intelligent...which is why you picked up on the e-thugs pretty quick as well.

The whole aim of the thread was to post what I was experiencing with the 09 R6 as opposed to any of my previous bikes (3 of them). It was also to ask if others had noticed the same starting characteristics with their R6's and if I should worry or if it's normal! And if it IS normal, possibly some information as to why it behaves that way, bc none of my previous bikes have (01 F4i, 06 Daytona 675, 08 RR)

Re: I still love her....but a cold start on these bikes are pathetic : /

As a note, my 09 Street R6 (owned since new) has ZERO problems or hesitation when starting cold, 1 second start even now in 40 degree weather after sitting for 2 weeks, my 09 track R6 (bought used a year ago) pretty much always takes a second longer to start in comparison, and the idle is bouncier (hovers between a 300rpm range, street bike idle barely moves) though I attribute this to one of the coils impedance being almost out of spec. As far as idle being too low, i don't really understand this statement or opinion, as I have zero problems accelerating from a stop at any speed, whether for crawling traffic to launches. I can't help but think these people need to work on their fundamentals more.
