New to the forum from Virginia

Just wanted to say hello from Virginia. I just got my hands on a 2001 R6. It is my third bike but it is my first Yamaha.

Pics here http://s868.beta.photobucket.com/use...ibrary/01%20R6

It was a street fighter when I got it. I of course will be switching it back to full fairings asap. (Should be getting shipped in the mail in the next 2 days from a forum user . )

Heres what it looked like

First thing I did after getting it to my friends house was break it down to check the carbs, air filter, and just to make sure everything was good to go.

Anyways glad to be here and look forward to talking to all of yall!
