3rd gen tail re-assembly

Anyone here know of a quick link for re-assembling the tail, for a 3rd gen R6? Youtube and google aren't finding jack for me. Just would like to make sure things go back together correctly the first time Nothing back there left but sub frame.

Videos, or pictures, doesn't really matter. I think there's a 90% chance I will be putting my tail back together tomorrow. It's relatively self-explanatory, and shouldn't be real hard..it's just that it has been over a month and a half since the tear down, and my memory probably can't bring everything back

I guess the issue I would have, if I have any, are where all the snaps and screws go, and in what order. If I took it apart, I can put it together right?

start with putting all the wiring together first. Then lower tail fairings, then the upper and finally the fender eliminator and seats.

There u go, done in 15 minutes

If you have one too many fasteners remaining, they are just extras and just mail them to me

Install battery tray. 1 push rivet thing at the end, and two in the middleish bottom. Then another 2 bolts at the very bottom under the drivers seat.

Put on lower fairing. Use the 2 plastic rivets in the center to hold it up. Install the tail light and hook up the wiring. Can throw on the fender/eliminator now or later, up to you.

Slide the upper tail over the subframe from the back going forwards. Make sure the tabs in the tail light area over lap properly and the very front portion where the upper and lower meet is correct.

Put on the bolts from underneath going into the upper fairing. Put in the 4 plastic rivets with the Philips head top that go underneath the passenger seat from the upper tail fairing into the subframe.

Put in the two rivets in the very front where the upper and lower meet, just under the seat. Install passenger seat and front seat.

Profit.
