Brembo RCS19 Install Help

I believe OEM reservoirs use an 8mm nipple while the Brembo MC uses a 6mm.

Hard to believe the damn kit doesnt come with it or indicate I needed a 6mm hose

I think that if you're buying an RCS, they expect you to be able to tackle these obstacles?

Turns out I need a banjo bolt that is going to fit Correctly with the fren turbo kit. Is this the bolt i need?

Same with my R1, not sure why the Type 4s have thicker banjos than the other types.

Stock thread pitch is actually 1.25.

Ordered. I threw the stock one on and it started leaking. I just sold my trackday for tomorrow. Looks like I'll take my time with this and send my ECU to get flashed by Bauce Racing!

Sorry to hear man. I was in the same predicament when I installed mine. Found some info on doubling up on the washers; luckily it worked and I made my trackday. Maybe it would've been better if I didn't cause I binned it that day.

damn. good read on this! i'm actually going to be ordering mine this week and will be getting that new banjo bolt too.

is the Brembo nipple a 6mm for sure or 8mm? Cause I thought the stock reservoir was 10mm. but I DO know there is a difference in size. Now, I'm just debating if I want to get the aftermarket Brembo kit. it's $60.

Stock is 8mm i believe.

I purchased one of agg racings tygon hose. It is 6mm and looks amazing.

Yoyodyne is on back order for the banjo bolts, you may need to check out Powerhouse Performance Cycle's. I also have an extra one I can send you that's still in the package if all else fails.
