Negative, it's my first semester. It's hard to say what's gonna happen because my fckhead of an adviser encouraged me to take the equivalent of 21 credit hours this semester, and I'm barely passing some of my classes. A "C" is not acceptable in graduate programs, so I'll probably be giving it another semester to see if things improve (and taking less courses next semester, dammit)... And if they don't, I won't WANT to come back. I refuse to work my ass off at 80 hours/week and just barely squeak by.
I hear ya. That's shitty, and a HELL of a course load. I'm the same way though, in I don't care to just get by. I like my grades to reflect my efforts and actually be able to say I took something away from my classes...
Eric, sounds like a nice little weekend you've got planned there sir! Canton is where it's at too, and when it cools off like it is places aren't so overcrowded down there... Have a cold one for me!
