You will eventually get it. I wouldn't worry about getting it STAT unless you are trying to sell your bike now.

Yeah kinda sold it to my cousin. I say kinda cuz he has the title with the lien. He calls me everyday to break balls "where's my title you *unt?!" Lol

They should have sent you a lien release letter.
Call them up and ask them to send you another one. It don't take them not even a week to process your last payment and as soon as that's done they can send you the lien release.
When I made my last payment I asked the rep to mail me the lien release and I had it 4 days later. I took that letter to dmv and got a new tittle with no lien listed.

When I paid off my last bike it took two months to get the title.

I always get mine in less than 2 Weeks, took my friend almost a month. no telling
