exactly. ultimately, both parties need to be on board in order to have one. unless she's a sneaky B... my wife ISN'T. but just b/c i can control - within reason - whether or not she gets preggers doesn't mean it's over. i still have to make sure she's happy. i think it's a lot of hormones right now - along with her getting a little older and my two younger sisters just having babies (now 8 months, and 1 month between the two of em). shiiiii, i'm DONE with that waking up in the middle of the night mess. plus, i'm still not sure how i'm going to pay for insurance/car/college/weddings/etc for the two i've got. they're 8 and 5 currently.

Bank doesn't take a vehicle for not having insurance... Thatd be illegal car theft. Banks repo cars when the car payment has not been paid...

Maybe you should avoid this whole situation and just buy YOURSELF a fleshlight? Or make one-- there's a thread on that.

They can repo for lapse in insurance. Most have a clause requiring you to keep full coverage since it is their investment until it is paid off. Once you let it lapse then they see no protection of what is ultimately their asset. So they repo it.
