Bank doesn't take a vehicle for not having insurance... Thatd be illegal car theft. Banks repo cars when the car payment has not been paid...
Part of the agreement is to have Full coverage insurance on the vehicle at all times, to protect their investment, so yes they will take it because, well i don't have a truck right now, and i've already talked to our loan officer and the towing company
They can repo for lapse in insurance. Most have a clause requiring you to keep full coverage since it is their investment until it is paid off. Once you let it lapse then they see no protection of what is ultimately their asset. So they repo it.

Her truck her responsibility, like i said before i don't pay for TD i corner work for em and get the td for free, also i have lots of track buddies with trailers and trucks, Also i have that kind of cash in the bank all she had to do was ask and i would have helped her out before it got this far... truck has to wait till the bank opens monday anyways, so all my shit is together BRAH!
the reason its 2grand is because i have to add insurance on it,tow fee, call of repo fee, and since the bank saw it wasn't insured they added insurance thru the bank so I will get reimbursed for that money i had to pay toward that once insurance is added
