I have a carbon fiber looking number one on my bike and they are good. Blinkers are nice and bright and can be seen very well.

One thing you'll have to watch out for is you gotta make sure that you tighten them up nicely because if they are loose then when your riding on the highway they will fold inwards on you.

Dose the Ducati mirrors fir the r6 08 am not referring to screwing it in the firing but interms of length they look rather short, any experience?

There is a guy that sells ducati mirrors with the correct mounts for your year/make/model. Thats where i got mine. I think it was motovation.com or something.

I went with pig spotter 2's and a PSR bar end on the left side. The pig spotters have LEDs for turn signals, are a very low clean look (the only come about 2.5" off the plastic, and give you an amazing view directly next to the bike. I got the PSR bar end to compensate for the low rear visibility in the pig spotters. This is by far thebest looking setup I have seen.

do not buy these ebay mirrors. they really are crap. i had them, the fitting is bad and they fold down over 150 km H
