For $5k, you can certainly step up to the 08+ whether it's not a track bike or not, you can get one and it has lower miles, etc.

BUUUUUTTTT.... I don't sell anything. i keep my shit and want to be fcuking burried in it. My 69 camaro, I have had offers and people begging me to give me $50-60k. I drive it 200 miles a year if lucky.... I work on my shit, I build it, I fall in love with it. This is what I do bro.

That 07 would be mine forever.

Financially, it's a good move to sell, but man, I cannot sell a damn thing. Whenever I think of it I wanna puke.

I once put $5500 into a $2k quadzilla and seriously never even went once to the consignment spot to see it for sale. It broke my heart everyday I drove by it man.

I still have dreams and nightmares about a car I had a while back i gave the BAUCE treatment as well, but totalled at 4 AM.

Selling it is the smart move. I do agree with what ChiefDawgSmoke is saying though. I am the same way. Unless you get really attatched to it, then I'd say let it go. However, if you are 1 of those people that has a hard time letting go of something you enjoyed building/riding/owning etc, then I'd just make sure you are 100% ready to sell because once it's gone, it's gone. I am in a similar spot but my 06 is mint with 6k on it. Ya, I could use the money, but I can't imagine the bike being gone. Dunno if that helped at all lol.
