cheek pads will fit any size helmet, the liner will only fit between 2 sizes med and large share the same liner size, med comes with a 10mm and a large comes with a 7mm liner. hopes this helps

Sorry to drag up an old thread.. I have Lg size padding, for the RX7 helmet and I'd like to make it medium.. anyone want to trade? My padding/lining is all in brand new condition.

I have a 10mm liner, NO med 25nm cheek pads, PM me if you want it, is your liner a 7mm?

Yeah mine's a 7mm.. I would really like a 12 if possible, but if no 12 shows up I'd consider your 10. Can you give me a few days?
