I will tell you that you COULD sell the bike. That's a good deal. (for you).

Me personally, I couldn't sell either of my bikes unless there was an really good reason for it. But, starting a business my be that really good reason for you. If you do well with your business, you may be able to purchase a much nicer/better set up bike that suits your needs (track purposes) better.
