- They look a million times better than the go pro's.
- Have bluetooth so that you can link it to your phone (ios or android) and use your phone screen for both life view finder, and adjusting settings.
- The on/off/record switch is superior, you are never left wondering if it is doing what you want it to be doing.
- Some argue that go pro's take better video, and I believe that this may MARGINALLY be the case. Even still, my video on the contour turns out better than my friend's go pro's because I was able to adjust my settings live on my phone with the viewfinder, and so my camera is set properly to the specific conditions at that moment (i.e. lighting).
- Has internal GPS, with one click of the mouse, you can pull up a map on the side of your video that shows exactly where you were on a map in sync with the video. Great for track days...displays both speed and elevation.

Btw, these features are for the Contour+2.
