I leave my work shoes at my desk and commute with my A*'s and my leather jacket.

I use the A*s tech aero back pack.... Decent water proofing but I have some complaints on regarding its rain "cover". It has more than enough room for all my crap.... I've done a couple of long trips with it ....it was comfortable enough.

my regular school backpack, pack my lunch, go to work, change into my Nikes from my boots, work it, and then go to school or whatnot.
