Makes good money, but everything in that area (house, groceries) is expensive so I think it evens it out. I remember apartments they were looking at (shitty area, crap inside too) were over 2k a month!!
Took him a little while to find a job. He is from MI as well and looked around in Texas and Florida until he found this one in DC.
Likes it as far as I know. He has had a few different responsibilities since he got the job. Same company though.
it really depends, you can commute into DC or surrounding area and find nice places to live for a more reasonable price. im on the DC line for work and i drive 40 min every day from baltimore.
