Sorry to hear of your spill man, I've been there off the 105 and PCH myself, both executed unsafe lane changes...Most don't understand the danger they cause when they cross those lines, I've almost locked up a few times avoiding those POS...!!! I talk shit to EVERYONE I see do this and warn my own friends not to do it because they WILL lose a mirror or hurt someone...Even riding in the car, I flip folks off that do this...
Help up and get back on man!

It's legal to an extend, the yellow area is NOT our special area that most riders think it is, we technically could get a ticket for that, but most let it slide...Lane sharing is legal but in the carpool area is sort of a grey area from what I was told.
Glad your still good. Bike seams to have survived as well which is a bonus.
Ive done both of my clavicles. Left one twice and I still have full range of motion. I would not be to worried. Its lucky too you didn't dislocate your shoulder as well. They are never the same after that happens.

I'm always wary about splitting between HOV and regular lanes. For some reason the double yellows make people even stupider.
