r6 not running on all cylinders

It started doing it when the gas light came on and I have ran 3 tanks since then

Any ideas what it could be

Jammed up fuel injector maybe? Doubt it tho.

How do you know it's not running on all 4? Water test on the exhaust headers? Infrared gauge showing uneven temps on them? Sounds like a subaru with a full exhaust?

if self diag is showing code 40... then just look in the manual and reset according to the manual. i had that happen to me this summer, took the bike apart and checked injectors nad some more shit... read the manual it will save u alot of hassle
