Exhaust fitment Question

I am rebuilding a 09 R6r for track only. I know a guy who is locally selling a full yoshi system from a 07-08 R6r. Will this exhaust work with no modification? Also, on the full system, the can is messed up, so I was thinking of getting a different can for it. Are most cans universal fit with other exhaust systems, or are the pipe diameters different?

1st, 07-08 are different models with several different parts.
