It's not, the tanks are different, mirrors also aren't "S" style, and the cluster is a dead give away.

I'm just worried it was wrecked -

I assumed the seat cowl came with the R6.
My previous motorcycle was an 06 GSXR and came with both seat and cowl.

I'll have more pictures tomorrow.

Saw the bike today, didn't even bother taking pictures.
Left side fairings, light, engine casing we're all heavily damaged.

Indeed.
The poor bike was heavily abused.
Which is sad considering it had under 4,000 miles on it.

I'm still looking for a motorcycle.
I rather pay more a pick one up in pristine condition.
Originally he told me it was in good condition, hence my interest.
I don't blame him though, he has utterly no idea what he's looking at.
