Interesting how everyone true feelings comes out once they think someone is gone.
I know right? The guy may have been a little bit of a dick at times, but we all are. And its funny that there are some shit talkers who have probably benefitted from his time here, as well as people who talk shit that have contributed WAY less than he has. I know Steve reasonably well, even spent some time with him when we had RESPECT TAHOE. He stayed with me and was nothing short of a gentlemen in person. He is a good guy, and just passionate about this place and weeding out stupid. Can't fault him for that. I'd give the guy a place to stay again, or whatever he needed I could provide. If 10% of the members here were as stand up as Steve, this place would be a lot better, sort of like it was back when RESPECT TAHOE was not only a possibility, but a reality.
I wonder what some of you douchenozzles will say when my time inevitably arrives......

thats the shitty part about him being banned. he was a very active user and had some rather good input as well as entertainment. i still think that to ban him for a year was on the rather over board side, specially if another mod may have initiated the rib jabs in said thread. that aside, there will always be butt hurt people that steve may have offended, then again like you said they likely contribute little to nothing to this forum.
