E85 is the shit for sure, no need to run meth injection or stress about a pump gas tune and race gas tune. that is as long as its local to you. i couldnt find it anywhere when i had my last car.

Even though you need to run about 30% more fuel for E-85 it still comes out to be cheaper than race gas. Even converting the fuel system to accomodate it without failing is worth if you're running crazy boost.

This video, that's over 50 PSI of boost and he's got the 4-motion AWD on that thing too. That musta been a hell of a retrofit!!

Yah, it takes about 20% more fuel, but it costs about 10% less then normal pump so it's pretty close in price to normal pump gas. We use it in our car all the time around here. Only issue how few gas stations carry it It has great cooling properties too.

And it smells good

That's cool and all but I want a bio diesel duramax. Seen one do an 11 sec quarter while towing a 20ft flatbed with 2 bobcats on it. Sounded like a jet fighter taking off.

W thought about running e85 in a friends drag bike, but couldn't find that shit anywhere.

Re: 8 second 1/4 mile on E85.....in a VW......

E85 is not worth what its done to our economy though. If you've paid more for a gallon of milk lately than a gallon of gas, you can thank Ethanol for that. If you've watched a livestock farm go under in the last few years, you can pretty much thank Ethanol for that too. We'd be better off making it out of sugar like they do in Brazil, but then, the corn lobby in CA is getting almost as stupid rich over it as the corn producers.... And they are reasonably well connected.... I mean they did muscle in on the petroleum monopolies....

Its easier to find sunoco 110 pump gas than it is to find e85 here.
