My thought is this will reduce some of the street racing. People that were to fast to run before can now go to a safe place to race and not get kicked off.

Thats for sure... There used to be strips EVERYWHERE. Now there arent hardly any left. Probably less than 10 in CA now...
I know, I hate it...The issue at hand (for the residence that were they longg after these track were established) is noise...: How about you don't ****en move next to a race track??? Then they wouldn't have to bitch...
For instance, Irwindale; there a steel mil, a train depot, and quarry all in about 5 mile radius, and the residence complain or noise (two days a week mind you); ohh, so the constant noise from the mil and trains doesn't bother you? I don't get it...
You dont think it has anything to do with less people going racing because its bullshit expensive and the NHRA are a bunch of fcuking scumbags and they need fresh blood to take excessive amounts of money from?
