Factory header from 2008 R6 (non s).

Cut in half at muffler box, cats gutted in primary tubes. Muffler box cut in half, cat gutted. All welded back together including heat shield. Looks stock. No leaks, minimal increase in sound. Used with good results tuning 09 r6. All stock mounts and slip on fit. No mods necessary to run this.

No video of the header sound. Its only slightly louder than stock.

Helmets are Scorpian Exo 400 tsunami-red and black, used for one season, and exo 1000 matte black...decent shape. Both have washed liners. Will get pics up tonight.
