Guy said he would sell for $7000 with street, and dirt wheels as well. it only has 18 miles on it.

each set of wheels is worth ~$800-1000 easily. USED. that's not a terrible deal i don't think.

Probably a riot for a couple of hours, but I can guarantee you that it robs tons of power, and it severely limits top speed! Track setups are very hard on drivetrains.

I'm considering picking it up and selling the dirt wheels. Is a 450 to small for the street though?

It SEEMS like a cool idea... But how much would you.actually use it. Seems it'd be quite dangerous as a snow-machine too... I'd keep looking homes...

Not at all. A buddy of mine has a WR450 and it is a handful on the street. Absolute wheely machine. A single cylinder 450 has gobs of torque, that mixed with a lightweight 'tard frame makes for one hell of a street bike.
