I just figured out how to do it with the tank on, radiator just moved forward, and to pull the air box and throttle bodies out in one piece.

Nice, ya the tank I propped up , air boxed removed , radiator removed, throttle bodys I just loosened and moved them back just enough for the valve cover the clear. I also removed most of the carbon build up on the TB's and air box .

You know how the air box is attached to the throttle bodies with those few bolts? If you just loosen the throttle bodies you can pull the air box off with the throttle bodies still attached to it.

Well the valve adjustment ended up being a success! =) It seemed to be a pretty easy job with no trouble at all, and no extra bolts left over . Its just very time consuming like how everyone says. It took a good 8 hours of working on her for me to complete the job. I triple checked all my measurements, torques, and took my time with it to make sure everything was T&A. All the valves on the intake side were in spec except one on cylinder #4. For the exhaust side, they were all at the min on the tolerance gap, so I bumped the exhaust valves all up to middle of the tolerance gap. I took her out for a short ride today, she seems to be liking the adjustment a lot. Next ill be doing the throttle body sync, then I can finally get her tuned =) Thanks for all the help guys, heres some pics
good job morrow as much as i want to do my own maintenance, i dont think i have the balls to do this
Im trying to get ready for my custom tune soon. So far ive done a valve adjustment , spark plugs , air filter , some sea foam in the tank and a little in the oil, and a fresh oil change. Im waiting for my carbtune tool to arrive from the uk, it should be here this week. So after im done doing the throttle body sync is their anything else I can/should do before hand for best possible results?
