Gas lines, where do these hook up?

I just got an 02 R6 in a trade, and decided to do a major tune up, via fluids, and inspect the hoses before I just jumped on. Well, when I removed the gas tank, you have the 3/8 hose that runs from the fuel sender to the float, and then right above it, like right under where the filler is, you have 2 1/4 outlets.

I traced those hoses to be one....and it was cut in half, like a vaccumm hose material at that, not fuel vapor line. Dunno what the previous owner was thinking, it's only my 2nd bike, (jumped from a 250 ninja), overall the work to be done will be easy enough, I'm just unsure where those 2 1/4 outlets run to, or if they indeed just route back through one another with one hose. Any insight would be great!

Those are just vapor lines, a hose goes down from each one. Mine go all the way to near my left foot peg. If I was at home or by a computer I could show you pics.

Alright so there individually connected. If you do get the chance to post pics that'd be great to see where they hook up to. Mine were run the same way, one ran down each side of the bike, I was just worried that gas would spew all over the place if left exposed.

Yea I'll try to get some. But gas won't spew, they actually are metal lines inside the tank that run up to the top of the tank near the cap.
